A PRODUCTION DECISION HAS NOT BEEN MADE AT THIS TIME ON ANY GMR PROPERTIES. GMR has not conducted or completed any mining studies such as feasibility, prefeasibility or a preliminary economic assessment on any of its mining properties. While GMR believes that the exploration work, QA/QC and production reconciliation carried out by past mining owners and operators was of high quality, a Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify any historical estimates as current mineral resources or reserves, GMR is not treating any historical estimates as current mineral resources, and the historical estimates should not be relied upon. The information regarding historical production statistics including but not limited to reports of tonnage, grade, recoveries, and metallurgical testing results, was obtained from historic data. Although GMR has not verified this data, management believes it is from credible sources. John C. Archibald P.Geo. is the acting independent qualified person as defined by Canadian National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Archibald has supervised the preparation of the scientific and technical information that forms the basis for the mineral property disclosures in this website and has approved the disclosure herein.
